SCR system failure is a major issue for domestic diesel cars, often caused by urea crystal accumulation. Other causes include disconnection, short circuits, and sensor failures, but the buildup of urea crystals remains the most common problem. Currently, in Korea, the root cause of SCR system failure is not accurately diagnosed, leading to expensive part replacements as the only solution.

The SCR Cleaning Urea Water (DEF) Additive addresses this issue by decomposing accumulated urea crystals at room temperature when mixed with urea water. These crystals are then removed through normal combustion. This additive can resolve urea warning light issues without the need for extensive maintenance and helps extend the life of the SCR system through consistent injection management.

Outcome: After injecting the urea water additive, engine power improved, operational power was restored, and the sensor error code appeared much later than before.

Injected into Large Commercial Vehicles for 22 Months: Proven Results

After 22 months of injecting urea water additive into large commercial vehicles, significant feedback has been received regarding output and fuel efficiency improvements. To date, no equipment issues such as SCR or sensor failures have been reported following the additive injection. It is important to note that the process of removing urea crystals from the urea tank can occasionally lead to clogging of the urea filter. Consequently, vehicles with long-term urea crystal accumulation are advised to replace the filter in advance. The satisfaction rate after using the additive is exceptionally high at 98%.
