“Standard Diesel for Power & Environmental Protection”
POWERDRAG's diesel additive was developed to address the longstanding issues of sludge and soot generation in diesel engines. Sludge on the engine surface significantly reduces cooling efficiency, accelerates the oxidation of engine oil, and diminishes the lubrication film's effectiveness. This leads to increased friction heat, higher engine temperatures, and further sludge generation, creating a cycle that promotes incomplete combustion, affects compression and exhaust, and increases blow-by gas and emissions.
Drawing on its experience with RAPICON nitromethane fuel, POWERDRAG recognized that successfully removing sludge and preventing carbon buildup could substantially reduce emissions. To this end, POWERDRAG developed a unique formulation technology to improve both cetane number and torque simultaneously. The clean dispersant developed by POWERDRAG excels in dissolving and removing carbon sludge from injectors, DPF, and catalysts, and has an excellent dispersion function that prevents melted sludge from clumping.

“Minimizing Emissions Through Complete Combustion is Key”
POWERDRAG showcased its superior cleaning performance once again, on Park Byeong-il's YouTube channel (@masterpark1) in the “Fuel Additive Experiment Project Diesel Edition” aired on December 28, 2020.
Preventing carbon accumulation is crucial for diesel engines, and the key cleaning point is whether the carbon on the outer part of the piston head is removed, as highlighted in the red area. For POWERDRAG additive, you can refer to the cleaning result by observing the previously invisible writing at the bottom of the outer edge.
Due to the nature of diesel engines, it is challenging to distinguish the cleanliness of the cylinder head itself in the combustion chamber. Therefore, cleanliness can be assessed by checking if the injectors in the red circle have been cleaned. In this project, POWERDRAG's cleaning power was compared with BULLSONE, Stanadyne, BIO RHINO, Chevron Techron, and MaxSaver, achieving the best results.

“Diesel Additive Alone Reduces Emissions by 86%”
This application case was provided by a dealership. After the owner of a 2009 Santa Fe CM failed the emissions test with an 83% soot level, they performed a simple DPF cleaning, injected the diesel additive, and drove the car for about 10 minutes before retesting.
The retest results showed a reduction in soot from 83% to 12%, an impressive 86% decrease, allowing the vehicle to pass the emissions test.
